CANCELLATION POLICYIf a lesson must be cancelled, we require 24hrs notice or a cancellation fee will be charged at the full lesson price. The same fee will be charged if you fail to turn up to a lesson without previously cancelling it (eg, I arrive for the lesson and you are not there). Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances at the instructors discretion. In the case of continual cancellations I will request that future lessons be booked and fully paid for in advance. |
